- Immunoprecipitation: Tankyrase binding protein 1 Antibody [NB100-68249] - Detection of human TAB182 (Tankyrase binding protein 1) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TAB182 antibody NB100-68249 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TAB182 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAB182 antibodies NB100-68247 and NB100-68248. For blotting immunoprecipitated TAB182, NB100-68249 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
