- Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with CD3 FITC and CD4 APC/Fire 750 and then treated with the True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. Cells were then stained with PE EOS (clone W16032B) (left) or rat IgG2a, ? isotype PE (right), and FOXP3 (clone 206D) Alexa Fluor® 647. Dot plots are gated on CD3+CD4+ cells.
