- Detection of MS4A4A in HEK293 Human Cell Line Co-transfected with MS4A4A and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line co-transfected with human MS4A4A and eGFP was stained with either (A) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) or (B) Mouse Anti-Human MS4A4A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7797) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
