Experimental details

CLP24 in NTera-2 Human Cell Line. CLP24 was detected in immersion fixed NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CLP24 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6747) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Experimental details

Detection of CLP24 in CLP24 and eGFP Co-Transfected Cells by Flow Cytometry. Human CLP24 and eGFP co-transfectants were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CLP24 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6747) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB0041).
