- The lysates of mouse brain (lane 1) and HeLa (lane 2) (30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with TMEFF2 monoclonal antibody, clone J4B6 (Cat # MAB2055) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
