- Western blot analysis: (A): Recombinant protein (20ng or 100ng) of Hexokinase four isoforms were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human Hexokinase 3 (1:1000). (B): Cell lysates (30 µg) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human Hexokinase (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
