- Immunoprecipitation: CENPT Antibody [NBP1-28698] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CENP-T antibody NBP1-28698 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. CENP-T was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CENP-T antibody NBP1-28744, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CENP-T, NBP1-28744 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
