- Western blot analysis of ACBD4 was performed by loading Human kidney tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a ACBD4 antibody (Product # PA5-51189) at a 1/200 dilution for 10 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
