- Western blot staining of HEK293 overexpressing Human DYDC1 lysate (Myc tagged and loaded in Labe A&C) stained using Product # PA5-19251 at a concentration of 1 µg/mL (lane A). Lane C was stained with anti-MYC Tag at a dilution of 1/1000. Lane B was loaded with mock-transfected HEK293 lysate and was stained with PA5-19251 at a concentration of 0.1 µg/mL. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour and detection was performed by chemiluminescence.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of DYDC1 in paraffin embedded human testis using a DYDC1 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-19251) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL. Steamed antigen retrieval was performed with pH 6 buffered citrate. Samples were then stained with alkaline phosphatase.
