Lane 3: HeLa whole cell Lysate [10µg]. Primary Antibody: Anti-CH25H at 1:1000 overnight at 2-8°C. Secondary Antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG HRP at 1:70,000 for 30min at RT. Block: Universal BlockOut Buffer (p/n MB-073). Predicted MW: ~31.7kDa. Observed MW: ~35kDa. Exposure: 3 seconds.
