- Goat Polyclonal IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, approximately 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-28B is observed, 35% cross-reactivity with rhIL-28A is observed and less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with rhIFN-alpha A, rhIFN-alpha B2, rhIFN-alpha G, rhIFN alpha I, and rhIFN-beta 1A is observed. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with rhIL-28A and rhIL-28B is observed.
