- IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 Inhibition of EMCV-induced Cytopathy and Neutralization by Human IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 Antibody. Recombinant Human IL-29/ IFN-lambda 1 (Catalog # 1598-IL) reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepato-cellular carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by crystal violet staining. Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Human IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 (40 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1598). The ND50 is typically 0.2-1.0 µg/mL.
