- Immunoprecipitation: LKAP Antibody [NBP2-22257] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: NBP2-22257 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. Limkain b1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-Limkain b1 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Limkain b1, NBP2-22257 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
