Experimental details

Extract of 293T cells transfected with human BNIP3 was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal PA to BNIP3 (MO) CL:ANa40 (GTX10433). The antibody was developed with AlkPh APA Mouse Fab Ads Hu, Bov, Hor and an NBT/BCIP substrate.
