- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Nucleoporin NUP85 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Nucleoporin NUP85 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5976) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Nucleoporin NUP85 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
