Handling

Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.Immunoblotting: use at 1-2ug/ml. A band of ~32kDa, corresponding to free Atg5 is detected. A band of ~60kDa, corresponding to Atg12-Atg5 complex, is also detected. These are recommended concentrations. Endusers should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
