- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human Plexin A4 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Plexin A1 is observed. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Plexin B1, B2, B3, C1, D1, rmPlexin A2, and A3 is observed.

- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Plexin A4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain (cortex) tissue, mouse brain tissue, and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Plexin A4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5856) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Plexin A4 at approximately 200 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
