Experimental details

Protein (15 µg) harvested from MCF-7, Daudi and PBMCs were resolved by electrophoresis (A) or treated with 100U PNGase F (used to cleave N-linked glycans) before electrophoresis (B), transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal Siglec-11 (clone 4C4) antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
