- Handling
- Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.ELISA: confirmed with antibody (1-10ug/ml) binding to Grp170 at 5ug/ml on the solid phase. Immunoblotting: confirmed with antibody at 1.0-2.0ug/ml. A band of 170kDa is detected. These are recommended concentrations; enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications. Positive control: HEK293 cell lysate.
