- Detection of Human and Rat PINCH1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, WI-38 human lung fibroblast cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PINCH1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6257) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for PINCH1 at approximately 37-40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
