Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP24 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: hemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

- Immunoprecipitation: USP24 Antibody [NB100-40830] - Detection of human USP24 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa and cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP24 antibody NB100-40830 (lot 2) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. USP24 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1) and a rabbit anti-USP24 antibody from Company B. For blotting immunoprecipitated USP24, NB100-40830 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
