Experimental details

Western blot analysis of IL36B in conditioned media (CM) from U-87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IL36B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47066) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG. A specific band was detected for IL-36β/IL-1F8 at approximately 17 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
