Recombinant Human IL-36 beta/ IL-1F8 (aa 5-157) (Catalog # 6834-IL) induces IL-8 secretion in human pre-adipocytes in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). IL-8 Secretion elicited by Recombinant Human IL-36 beta/ IL-1F8 (aa 5-157) (20 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL-36 beta/IL-1F8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1099).
