- Detection of Human NLRP1/NALP1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected, transfected with human NLRP1/NALP1 or transfected with NALP3, THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line, and Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human NLRP1/NALP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6788) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for NLRP1/NALP1 at approximately 160 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
