Staining of non-transfected (upper) and mouse Vtcn1-transfected (bottom) L5178Y cells with 0.25 ug rat IgG2b kappa isotype control purified (open histogram) or 0.25 ug Vtcn1 monoclonal antibody, clone 188 (Cat # MAB11012) (filled histogram) followed by Anti-rat IgG biotin and streptavidin PE. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
