- Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse Semaphorin 6C in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 6B and rhSemaphorin 6D is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 6A is observed, and less than 3% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, rhSemaphorin 3B, recombinant mouse (rm) Semaphorin 3C, rmSemaphorin 3E, rmSemaphorin 3F, and rmSemaphorin 7A is observed.

- Semaphorin 6C in Mouse Embryo. Semaphorin 6C was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (15 d.p.c) using Goat Anti-Mouse Semaphorin 6C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2108) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
