Experimental details

IHC staining of anti-cytokeratin 8 antibody (clone 1E8) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded normal human skin. Following antigen retrieval using sodium citrate, the tissue was incubated with the primary antibody at 1 µg/ml for 60 minutes at room temperature. BioLegend’s Ultra Streptavidin (USA) HRP Detection Kit was used for detection followed by hematoxylin counterstaining, according to the protocol provided.
