- Detection of TRAM (human) in HEK 293T transfected cells by the PAb to TRAM (human) (AL239) (Prod. No. ALX-210-914). Method: 10µg per lane of total cell extracts from mock transfected HEK 293T cells (lane 1) or HEK 293T cells transfected with an expression vector encoding VSV-tagged human TRAM (lane 2) were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot. After transfer to nitrocellulose, the membrane was probed with AL239 at a 1:1'000 dilution. After 1 hour of incubation at room temperature, the membrane was extensively washed and then incubated with goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxydase (1:4'000 dilution; Jackson, Prod. No. 111-035-144) for ECL detection. Note:ÊIn the mock transfected HEK293T cells, a band corresponding to endogenous TRAM is detected.
