- Western blot analysis of Vsig8 was performed by loading Mouse kidney tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Vsig8 antibody (Product # PA5-51157) at a 1/400 dilution for 5 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
