- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Fyn by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Fyn Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3574) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Fyn at approximately 59 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.

- Fyn in Human PBMCs. Fyn was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Fyn Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3574) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
