Immunoprecipitation of MDM-2 protein from Jurkat whole cell extracts using 5 £gg of MDM2 antibody [N1N3] (GTX110608) or MDM2 antibody (GTX100531).Western blot analysis was performed using MDM2 antibody [N1N3] (GTX110608).EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with PC-3 chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-MDM2 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to PSA promoter.
