This GATA-1 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (1:1,000 dilution). For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed overnight at 4C. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.This antibody has also been validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
