- Detection of Human IL-13 R alpha 1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue and human skeletal muscle tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IL-13 R alpha 1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1462) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for IL-13 R alpha 1 at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
