- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PP1ca by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PP1 Catalytic Subunit Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3000) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for PP1 catalytic subunits at approximately 39 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
