Actin-related protein 2, also known as, Actin-like protein 2, and encoded by the gene names ACTR2 or ARP2, is a major constituent of the ARP2/3 complex. This complex is located at the cell surface and is essential to cell shape and motility through lamellipodial actin assembly and protrusion.

Storage

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution.
