- Detection of Human/Mouse JunD by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse JunD Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5526) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for JunD at approximately 40 kDa and 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
