- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PIM2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, SW480 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PIM2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4355) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band for PIM2 was detected at approximately 38 kDa and 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
