Experimental details

The extracts of mouse brain (50 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with EPHA2 monoclonal antibody, clone 3D7 (Cat # MAB1769) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

Experimental details

Paraffin embedded sections of human colon (A) and gastric cancer tissue (B) were incubated with EPHA2 monoclonal antibody, clone 3D7 (Cat # MAB1769) (1:100) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).
