- Detection of Human and Mouse Crk by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Crk Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4316) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Crk at approximately 46 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
