- ChIP analysis was performed with cross-linked chromatin from HCT116 cells treated with serum for 0, 15, and 30 minutes and FOXA3 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by qPCR with primer set targeting to -15kb upstream, exon-1 or exon-2 of Egr1 gene.
