- Western blot analysis of Nck2 was performed by loading Mouse thymus tissue lysate (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Nck2 antibody (Product # PA5-49726) at a 1/900 dilution for 15 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/5000 dilution.
