- Western blot analysis from lysates of human cortex and hippocampus tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Olfactomedin-2/Noelin-2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48087) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Olfactomedin-2/Noelin-2 at approximately 54 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in OLFM2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48087) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody.
