- Detection of Human Prohibitin 2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Prohibitin 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4794) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Prohibitin 2 at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
