Detection of mouse and human Bcl-10. Lane 1: control, mock-transfected HEK 293 T cells. Lane 2: mouse Bcl-10-transfected HEK 293 T cells. Lane 3: human Bcl-10-transfected HEK 293 T cells. Method: Cell extracts from HEK 293 T cells (5x103) transfected with mouse and human Bcl-10-expression plasmid were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with MAb to Bcl-10 (Carmen-1) (Prod.
