- Western blot analysis using Vav3 [pY173] antibody on Cos7 cells overexpressing murine Vav3 which were untreated (1) or treated with 50 ng/ml EGF (2-5). Primary antibody was incubated prior to blotting with no peptide (1,2), non- phosphopeptide immunogen (3), generic phosphotyrosine peptide (4) and specific phosphopeptide immunogen (5).
