- Detection of BLAME/SLAMF8 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were treated for with Recombinant Human IFN-gamma (Catalog # 285-IF) then stained with Mouse Anti-Human BLAME/SLAMF8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB19072, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B).
