Western blot analysis of DIO2 in human heart and human skeletal muscle tissue (left to right). Samples were probed with a DIO2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49631) diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.
