Experimental details

Detection of Human NAIP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Sf 21 insect cells before (lane 1) and 48 hours post infection with human NAIP (lane 2). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Human NAIP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF829) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band for truncated NAIP was detected at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
