- PARP-2 antibody tested by Western blot. Lane 1: U2OS nuclear extract (20 µg). Lane 2: A549 whole-cell extract(20 µg). Lane 3: Hep G2 whole-cell extract (20 µg). Lane 4: Jurkat cell nuclear extract (20 µg). These were probed with PARP-2 antibody at a dilution of 1:500.
