Description

Expression of the invariant chain of the HLA-DR antigen (CD74) by B-lymphocytes begins in the pre-B stage but lost before the final differentiation to plasma cells. This antibody has been shown to be useful in the differential identification in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of the B-lymphocyte phenotype. It recognizes B-lymphocytes and many B-Cell lymphoma.
